The Band
Tim Russell, Bass Guitar and Vocals
Tim has been around music since he was old enough to talk and a part of the music industry for most of that time. He worked in radio in Oklahoma City in the 1980s, formed and toured regionally in the late 1990s and early 2000s with Way Out West, a successful honky-tonk band in Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico, which also included Shawna. More recently, he toured with Ty England from 2003-2006 and co-wrote England's "Texans Hold 'Em" which topped topped the Texas Music Chart in 2007. Tim is Shawna's uncle and road manager.

Keith Russell, Lead Guitar and Vocals
Keith — father of Shawna and brother to Tim — has served in the dual role of proud parent and musical sidekick to Shawna since she first took the stage. Keith is one of the most musically talented artists, by ear, in the business, and his work on the guitar has helped Shawna develop a distinct, personal sound, in addition to the songwriting hand he has lent. Music has been Keith's life (he toured with Tim and Shawna in Way Out West, among others), except for a recurring hobby of coaching Oklahoma high school football, which he has done in Broken Bow, Okmulgee and Okemah (and can use only a goalpost to teach you to catch with your hands). Keith and his wife, Teresa, currently live outside of Okemah.
